J.K. Rowling against Lexicon

So what's with Harry Potter?

Quite a catchy question right? Apparently Harry Potter mania, and its fever had never ceased up until now even after the Deathly Hallows. And so much to my surprise that the author of the book per se, J.K. Rowling, had filed again another copyright or intellectual property right case against a publisher who intends to make a book out of the internet based Lexicon, Harry Potter Encyclopedia, that holds information about the characters she had fictitiously created. The case according to BBC News entails the publication of the contents of the internet based Lexicon to a book to be sold out to public.

J.K. Rowling had filed the said case in order to protect her rights against the publication of the said encyclopedia, since she stresses that much of its contents rely heavily on her work. More so, the said book might spoil her own planned encyclopedia that she intends to make and release in the future.
