internet connection woes...

pldt mydsl, internet connectionNo internet connection... again! This is becoming more and more frequent this past days. I can stay connected over the network for about a minute or so, then I'm vetoed off. This is really not a good indication of the so called "quality service" being rendered by such huge service provider.

limited conncetionTo be honest, all sugar coated advertisements this service provider offers its consumers always have a catch. It seems like if a consumer baits it then most likely they suffer a huge consequence associated to it, as for the above example. More so, their "customer-oriented" staffs employed for their customer service seems likely unknowledgeable in answering all your queries. You'll just end up being aggravated rather than assured that you're problems will be resolved in a matter of time.

Anyway, the connection resumed now, and I do hope that I don't get disconnected. Read More......

Witch of Portobello: Insight

witch of portobello, paulo coelho
Invoking and awakening the goddess' within sometimes entails a certain price as its consequence.

In search for answers to her restlessness and emotional problems, Sherine Khalil, who prefers to be called Athena, had subconsciously prepared the path for the awakening of the goddess that had changed not just her life, but the entire community she dwells as well.

But change doesn't come overnight for Athena. She had to endure a lot and face the consequences of the path she had chosen, even to the extent on defending it on conservatives who had dubbed her as the "Witch of Portobello".

The Witch of Portobello is a good read for people who are at lost, and don't know where to go with their lives. It gives you a fair insight on how you are able to proceed with the path you had taken. Moreover this book is fairly similar with the messages brought about by The Alchemist, Celestine Prophecy, and the Purpose Driven Life, to search and connect with the one source and live them out so as to affect others.

I do recommend this book to all those who feel at lost with the path they had chosen, and I hope that you'll learn something from it as much as I did. Read More......
